Who is Mahima Paseda? Software Engineer & BestWeb.lk 2026 Gold Winner
At BestWeb.lk 2026, Sri Lanka's national .lk web awards, I won Gold for Best School Website (Best Website, school category), Winner for Best Mobile User Experience School Website, and was selected as one of the Best Developers for the official website I built for Delta Gemunupura Vidyalaya. As an SCU student, I brought great honour to SLIIT City UNI by winning both the Gold Award and the User Experience Award, becoming the first Gold Winner for Best Website in the Nuwara Eliya district. I'm Mahima Paseda Kusumsiri, a Computer Science undergraduate at SLIIT City UNI (SCU) (2023–2027) and Intern Software Engineer at Applantics, where I build scalable software and AI-driven products. That college website was my first client project and my first web design competition entry. Today I continue growing as a full-stack developer through professional work at Applantics, client projects, and production applications across Sri Lanka.
